Love this optic. I have it mounted on a cz bren 805. Has held zero never had to rezero it. I did have one issue with it the threads on the battery tube were strip
Best fixed 4x for the price. I have trijicon acogs and this is on par with them. Great sight picture and surprisingly durable. I put about 500 rounds through it and it has still held zero perfectly. Mounting was kind of a pain because the edges of the bracket grip awkwardly and it took a while to get it leveled on my rifle. Still an amazing sight. Highly recommend
This Lucid company is really innovative.
I have some quality red dot scopes but as I get older,: the dot becomes more star'like. It's distracting and reduces accuracy. And red dots cannot be focused.
So I sought out alternatives and had many traditional tube scopes to choose from but wanted wide objective, lots of eye relief and bright etched reticle with just a bit of magnification. The P7 scope does all that, plus rugged, premium glass, built like an ACOG. The P7 Reticle is registered in more and more ballistics programs like Strelock.
Excellent mechanicals.love this scope and can use easily with both eyes open.
first trip out I was able to put center hit on (pistal targets) with no loss of zero 20yrds, 50yrds, 75yrds, 100yards. enjoy the 4 power. the Optics are extremely clear to view.
update ;-) the glass on Optics is absolutely incredible clear. recently outdoors was more impressed with the clarity of the Optics outdoors than just on the Range. I have not needed to make any adjustments to the zero I have not had to retighten the screws that hold the scope on the rifle I also enjoy the ability of the scope to adjust the crosshairs (which can be blue-or-red) This is on 30 caliber rifle. I am impressed with this Lucid Optic.
Update ... 1yr later.still enjoy the scope & have no problem with loss of Zero, still firmly mounted on Rifle, worth the money, Update :-) 2yrs later Out with friend shot 6inch steel gong @ 308yards 3times W / ease. Just a good Quality optic.
