LUNA OPTICS WARRANTY

LUNA OPTICS, INC. warrants its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the
moment of original purchase, when used in accordance with the accompanying owner's manual. Some specific models may have a longer warranty periods, however all night vision products with Image Intensifier Tube will have 1 (one) year warranty specifically covering the Image Intensifier Tube, while other parts or components of those specific products may have a longer warranty period.

The warranty is restricted to the original end-user only and is not transferable to
subsequent individual owners of the product. The warranty does not apply to any LUNA OPTICS products, which have been subjected to direct and/or indirect damage due to misuse, abuse, accident and/or alteration or attempt to repair a unit by a non-authorized repair representative. The Warranty does not cover physical damage to the unit, or damage to the Image Intensifier Tube caused by using the unit during daytime or in any brightly lit environment or if the unit has been exposed to a direct projector/laser light beam, resulting in burn spots in the Image Intensifier Tube.

It is the end-user’s responsibility to familiarize himself (herself) with the use of the product as explained in the owner’s manual. Any questions in regards to the use and care of the product must be addressed to support@hunterslocker.com.


Throughout the Warranty period, LUNA OPTICS, INC. or any of its affiliates or authorized repair agents will, at their discretion, repair or replace the defective device applicable by this warranty free of charge. Replacements are not possible for units that have signs of excessive use, or in case of any physical alterations of the product (example: holes drilled into the unit to accept a mounting rail, custom engravings, etc.)

In the case of replacement, we reserve the right to replace the defective unit with either exact same model, or with another model of comparable specifications and value. When returning the unit customer must contact us for the Return Authorization Number (RA #). This RA# has to be written on
the package next to the address label. The parcels without RA# may not be accepted. The customer returning the product must prepay all applicable postage, shipping, transportation, insurance and delivery costs to LUNA OPTICS repair facility. LUNA OPTICS will cover the cost of shipping, transportation and insurance of the repaired or replaced under warranty unit back to Customer.
Verification of purchase in the form of the original or copy of bill of sale or receipt must be presented to obtain warranty service. Product returned without valid receipt of sale may be returned back to the customer, or repaired for a charge, specified by our technician and agreed upon by both parties.
